area, luncheon décor, put up signage and  place exhibitor plaques at
correct booths.

(3 volunteers needed): Help exhibitors and guests find seating.

1. Set-Up
(4 volunteers needed): Set-up Registration and book signing
area, luncheon décor, put up signage and  place exhibitor plaques at
correct booths.

2. Registration (6 volunteers needed): Greet guests and exhibitors, hand out name
badges, programs and goody bags.

3. Greeter & People Movers (5 volunteers needed): Greet guests at the entrance,
answer questions and guide them to the correct locations.

4. Breakout Monitors (4 volunteers needed): Help speaker(s) by handing out
materials, introduce speaker(s) and complete the Breakout Evaluation Form.

5. Floater (2 needed):  Help where needed and assignments can change at any
moment.
